Paul’s Peanut Sauce

220 grams Adam’s crunchy peanut butter

50 ml soy sauce

2 ml hot chili oil

80 ml peanut oil

20 grams ginger powder

15 grams mustard powder

Mix thoroughly, wait 5 minutes. Taste, adjust as desired.

This is a great stir-fry sauce. We love it with our Sève.
