Artichoke Crab Dip
Serves 8
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan
cheese
1 jar artichoke
hearts, 6 1/2 ounces
1 can crab,
Dungeness or 6 oz imitation crab meat
3 cloves garlic
Strain
and chop artichoke hearts. Mix all ingredients together and put into a small
oven-safe dish (like Corning Ware). Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 20
minutes. Serve with crackers or veggies.
This
can easily be reheated the next day, although usually it is eaten so quickly
that there are rarely leftovers. It is one of our favorites because not only is
it good, it is incredibly simple to make. Try it with our Rosé Paradiso or
Oyster White or Sève or B’s Blend.
